Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

Label and Ship

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
